Meet our chef Edwin Olson a seasoned professional in the SF culinary scene for over 18 years. Ten years ago Edwin worked with Ivor at McCormick & Kuleto’s, Elite Cafe with his mentor David Mahler. Some of his past positions have been for places like Twenty Four, Basso’s Restaurant, and Lulu to name a few. “I love to cook and I hope it comes out in my food”. Edwin a native bay area resident now lives in Parkmerced with his beloved wife Kim; three children Steven, Cassius, and Lincoln.
